The Pavilion

Community-sponsored events are regularly held at The Pavilion, and all residents are welcome to participate. The facility is available year-round by reservation.

Kitchen

Picnic Shelter

Bathhouse
Conveniently located near the Pavilion, the bathhouse offers clean, well-lit restroom facilities with key-card access. Outdoor security cameras help provide added peace of mind, and Wi-Fi service is available throughout the area.
Fountain Plaza
Take a moment to relax and unwind at the Fountain Plaza. This peaceful outdoor space features comfortable seating, a tranquil fountain, and easy access to both the Pavilion and Bathhouse. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a good book, catch up with friends, or simply take in the natural surroundings. Wi-Fi is available in this area.
Pavilion Reservations
Pavilion reservations are made in person at the Indian Lake Estates office. Staff will assist you with the reservation process, provide facility use guidelines, and review pricing and payment information.
Pier
Experience breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from one of Florida’s most impressive freshwater fishing piers. Stretching 1,000 feet into Lake Walk-in-Water, with an additional 200-foot wingspan, the Indian Lake Estates Pier offers exceptional views, outstanding fishing opportunities, and a favorite gathering place for residents and guests alike.
Marina
The private marina offers limited-capacity boat slips for residents who wish to keep their boats on the lake year-round. Annual slip rentals are available for property owners.

The Point
