Community Governance & Management
Indian Lake Estates is owned and managed by ILE, Inc., a Florida 501(c)(4) not-for-profit corporation responsible for maintaining the community’s common properties, amenities, and infrastructure.
The community is governed by an elected Board of Directors comprised of resident property owners who oversee an annual operating budget exceeding $2 million and manage community assets valued at more than $20 million.
Day-to-day operations are professionally administered by RealMange, in partnership with the community’s General Manager. Together, they support the Board’s vision while ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and continued improvement of community facilities and services.
Administrative offices are located at 7510 Red Grange Boulevard, with additional facilities supporting Roads & Grounds Maintenance and Golf Course Operations.
A Community Powered by Volunteers
One of the defining characteristics of Indian Lake Estates is the dedication and involvement of its residents.
While professional staff support daily operations across administrative, recreational, and maintenance departments, volunteers help bring the community to life. Residents contribute their time, talents, and leadership to organize events, operate the community library, support cultural programs, and coordinate numerous clubs and activities.
Their efforts help create a welcoming environment where neighbors build lasting friendships and newcomers quickly feel at home.
Resident Leadership & Community Involvement
Volunteer leadership extends beyond social activities. Residents serve on the Board of Directors and a variety of advisory committees that help guide the future of the community.
Committees focused on Finance, Beautification, Infrastructure, Recreation, Community Development, and other key areas meet regularly to evaluate projects, provide recommendations, and support strategic planning efforts.
This collaborative approach ensures that residents play an active role in shaping the community they call home.
