Payments

Utility invoices are due on the 20th of each month. Payments received after the due date will be assessed a late fee beginning on the 21st of the month, or the next business day if the 21st falls on a weekend or holiday.

Customers whose payments are late two times within a four-month period will be required to pay a $125 security deposit. Once the deposit has been paid, it will be refunded or credited to the account after 12 consecutive months of on-time payments, at the customer’s discretion.
