We have combined the Workshop with the Board meeting so residents have one meeting to attend. We feel this will aid in the continued community involvement during meetings, enable anyone to speak about issues before they are being voted on and make a difference in community decisions. Come out and join us for the meeting!

The Agenda is posted on the Club House bulletin board each month.  Please check your monthly newsletters for the dates of future meetings.

As we go through the agenda, members can ask questions and discussion is encouraged.

Any topic not on the agenda can be bought to meeting attendees after the meeting agenda is completed.

As Members address the attendees they must keep their time to a maximum of 3 minutes as stated in our Roberts Rule of Order.  This keeps the meeting flowing and allows time for everyone to speak on the issues.

Meetings will be in the Ballroom unless the Ballroom is reserved for another event, in which case the meeting will be in the Board Room.
